Huckleberries Hears …

… from a sadder-but-wiser Berry Picker that the city of Coeur d’Alene and Diamond Parking are handing out $10 citations for motorists who post over long in the new front-end parking areas now open along Front Avenue, from 6th to 7th and from 3rd to 4th — this, even though the area isn’t marked for two-hour parking. The thinking may be that motorists should know that the area is two-hour parking, like the rest of the Central Business District. But the Berry Picker didn’t know that nor does he believe that many other drivers will. Be careful out there.
