An open house is scheduled in honor of outgoing Coeur d’Alene council members Deanna Goodlander and Mike Kennedy, who will leave office when their terms expire in January. The open house is scheduled for 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19 in the old council chambers at City Hall.
