Kerri: It’s A Wonderful Devotional

It’s well-known by those who know me that It’s a Wonderful Life is my favorite film of all. A dear friend gifted me with this book today, a 31 day devotional based on favorite Christmas classics. What a treasure to read the very first one about It’s a Wonderful Life and to realize why that final scene around the Christmas tree touches us all. It’s the first time that George Bailey allows himself to be helped. That’s why the movie isn’t complete until the man who dedicated his life to doing for others is himself the recipient of neighborly love/ Kerri Thoreson , via Facebook.

Question: Why does “It’s a Wonderful Life” strike such a chord with us? And/or: Do you read a daily devotional?
