GOP To Meet For Clerk Replacement

The Kootenai County Republican Central Committee have scheduled a meeting this week to develop a list of names to replace Cliff Hayes, the county clerk who died unexpectedly last week. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday in the county administration building, 451 Government Way, Coeur d’Alene. The Republican Central Committee can provide up to three names to county commissioners. The commissioners will pick one of the three to replace Hayes.
