Memorial Set For Hayes Saturday

Councilwoman Kerri Thoreson posted this photo from the 2009 Post Falls Police Department retirement party for Cliff Hayes, the former Post Falls police chief & administrator, as well as county clerk, who died unexpectedly last week.

A Celebration of Life honoring Kootenai County Clerk and retired Post Falls Chief of Police Cliff Hayes will be held on Saturday afternoon, Dec. Location, time and additional details will be forthcoming.
