Along The Waterfront …

… I noticed that the good weather this week has enabled construction to begin again, for the Coeur d’Alene wastewater treatment plant expansion and the new West Lakeshore Condominiums at West Lakeshore & Military/Fortgrounds area. Construction workers have the foundations in place at the condominium project. As far as my daily litter patrol goes … I picked up 2 evangelistic Chick tracts, a Coeur d’Alene Resort baggage claim ticket made up to someone named Maden, 2 energy drinks (including a Monster one), a discarded lottery ticket and a half-consumed pop in a styrofoam cup that was perched atop the pedestrian crossing button at Northwest Boulevard & River Avenue. More litter than usual today.
