CdA Teacher Held On Rape Charges

A Venture High School teacher in Coeur d’Alene, Daniel Taylor, has been arrested on four different felony charges for the sexual abuse of a minor. Taylor is charged with felony rape, forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object, as well as lewd conduct and sexual abuse of a minor under 16. No bond has been posted. Taylor’s first court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday at 2 p.m. He’s currently housed in the Kootenai County Jail.
