Motorcyclists ignored

Motorcyclists nationwide are concerned with several federal issues. Stop the 15 percent ethanol fuel mandate, which will destroy our bike engines: HR1462 and comparable bill in Senate.

Stop the funding from motorcycle-only checkpoints: HR1861.

Stop the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from doing repetitive motorcycle safety studies. For the last three years, we have contacted by mail, phone, email and personal visits repeatedly, our local federal legislators, Sens. Maria Cantwell and Patty Murray, and especially Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers. They have chosen to do nothing. They do not represent the people and do not respond to our issues.

They need to be voted out of office as soon as possible and their staff fired.
