Chiefs jump ahead of Rockets 3-0
Riley Whittingham, Mitch Holmberg and Mike Aviani scored as the Spokane Chiefs jumped ahead of the Kelowna Rockets 3-0 after one period in Western Hockey League play at the Arena. The Chiefs have lost a season-high four consecutive games and eight of their last 11 games while Kelowna has won 23 of 26.
