Victoria stops Chiefs, takes over fourth alone
Jamie Crooks scored twice Sunday night to guide the Victoria Royals to a 5-3 win over the Spokane Chiefs at the Arena. The Royals’ win put them alone in fourth place in the Western Hockey League’s Western Conference, two points ahead of the Chiefs. Story to come.
