Gonzaga leads Saint Mary’s by 12

Junior guard Jazmine Redmon scored nine points to lead Gonzaga to a 36-24 halftime lead over Saint Mary’s in a key West Coast Conference game at McCarthey Athletic Center on Thursday. Redmon shot 4 for 5 from the floor and added three steals and two assists. First-place Gonzaga (10-1 WCC) holds a 1 1/2-game lead over the second-place Gaels (8-3), the last team to defeat GU this season (Jan. 10).
