The heavy equipment has returned to McEuen Field to shove dirt around in preparation for heavier construction that will begin next month when bids are opened for the remainder of the upgrade this year. A bid opening for the next phase of the McEuen Field work is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 5.
