Question: The reasoning of Rep. Horman, Gov. Butch Otter and the freshman “Gang of 16” seems sound to me. Obamacare is the law of the land. I don’t particularly like that. But who’d you rather have overseeing administration of the exchange — the state of Idaho or the feds? What do you think?
