Wild Card/Thursday — 2.21.13

It’s D-day for the Hard Right in the fight to pass Gov. Butch Otter’s proposal for a state-run health exchange. The Senate is debating the bill as we speak. Wayne Hoffman and his Idaho Freedom Foundation staffers are tweeting a mile a minute re: the debate. Betsy Russell, of course, is posting everything on her Eye on Boise blog. Odds are that we’ll survive the latest political earthquake in the state. So I’ll post today’s Wild Card and wait with you to see what happens …
