Use free speech wisely

When I read the viewpoints of those who write in, I’m reminded that discussing politics in this day and age is like talking to a wall. Those on the extreme right and left have their own rock-solid opinions that can’t be changed (even with an act of Congress).

The main thing is to research the issues, believe strongly in your cause(s), stay informed, be objective on all the important issues and stand by your candidates if you truly believe that they can make the types of changes that are not only beneficial to you but to those less fortunate than you are.

One of the many great things about living in this country is that our Constitution gives us free speech. Use it wisely.
