Councilman Dan Gookin suggested a survey on Huckleberries Page 1 re: Lake City Development Corp. He suggested possible topics for discussion:

• Should the LCDC be shut down after McEuen?
• Does urban renewal in Idaho affect your property taxes by raising them?
• Is urban renewal necessary?
• Who offers a better description of urban renewal, JohnA or The Governor?
• (from Gary Ingram): Do you believe the recent Idaho Statesman article that URD’s cause levy increases?
