UI Student Died From Hypothermia

An autopsy Wednesday confirmed 18-year-old University of Idaho student Joseph Wiederrick died from hypothermia early Sunday morning after wandering away from a fraternity party the night before. “We know that he died of hypothermia, but we won’t have the toxicology report back for two to three weeks,” Latah County Coroner Cathy Mabbutt said.
