High Noon: Rainbow of flavors
Pilgrim’s Market in Coeur d’Alene is now making ice cream at the store in time for hot summer weather. Owner Joe Hamilton worked with the owner of Bi-Rite Creamery in San Francisco to develop the new offerings, which include (from left) mango sorbet, strawberry balsamic, melted chocolate chip and dairy-free coconut vanilla.
Summer’s sweetest treat is enjoying a seasonal resurgence in Coeur d’Alene.
Both Pilgrim’s Market and Scratch Creamery & Pizzeria are offering a new rainbow of house-made flavors, ranging from strawberry balsamic and salted caramel, to roasted pear with gorgonzola and creamy peanut butter. Read more.
