Ruthie: Risch Quiet, Hard Working

Dave Oliveria quoted someone as saying that Sen. Jim Risch was so quiet that the writer didn’t know the senator was still in office. That’s because Risch is so busy doing the work he is supposed to be doing that he doesn’t have time to brag about it. They probably didn’t know that of the 10 U.S. senators named as the most conservative in the U.S. Senate, Risch was named No. 1. And, in his first term, the senator is now ranking minority member on the Small Business Committee, a huge honor.
