Tubbs Hill Entrance Re-Routed

Hikers, reroute. Access to the Third Street entrance to Tubbs Hill will be rerouted due to construction at that end of McEuen Park. The Third Street entrance to the popular hiking hill will still be open - and will be all during construction - but getting there will be different. No longer will an access trail be left open behind The Coeur d’Alene Resort and boat launch by water’s edge. Instead, hikers and dog walkers will be asked to access the west end trailhead by walking along the paved trail from the east end of the park/ Coeur d’Alene Press . More here.
