In a way, all the political fighting in Kootenai County is annoying. In a way, it’s refreshing. The locals are fully engaged in the political process. Conservative hardliners, of course, want to transform Kootenai County into their own private Idaho. Most simply want to enjoy what we have here and watch it continue to prosper.
