Riverstone Mickey D’s Gets OK

From Kristina Lyman’s notes of Coeur d’Alene City Council meeting:

The developer of a McDonald’s was given approval to make infrastructure improvements to the site of the new restaurant in Riverstone. Improvements to the property at Northwest Boulevard and Lakewood Drive include installing water and sewer. The developer will pay the city a security of $23,204, which covers the cost of the minor infrastructure installations. In addition, Council approved the final plat document allowing for the transfer of the property and for the development process to begin for the site. Construction of the McDonalds is set to begin this spring. More here.

Question: Which businesses do you frequent at Riverstone?
