Protect earned benefits

I am concerned, and hoping the majority of those eligible for Social Security are just as concerned. Our elected officials in Washington, D.C., are at this time deciding just how much they can get away with decreasing our benefits.

By the way, Social Security and Medicare are not “entitlements” as the politicians call them; they are benefits we have earned and paid for, most of us since we were teenagers. You should note they do not speak of trimming their entitlements. Why should we let this happen?

Let us do something about it. Working together we can do this.
