Hedberg: My Body Can’t Keep Up

I’m one of those who, for the next week or so, will be complaining about the switch to daylight saving time. Even though I love the extra hour of daylight at the end of the day, the older I get the harder it is to take this finagling with my biological clock. It used to be as long as there was any glimmer of light in the sky at all - be it from the moon, a flashing police strobe or an asteroid crashing to Earth - I had the energy to keep going, party strong, the last person out the door and only then at the threat of eviction. These days, the minute the clock strikes 7:30 p.m. I’m figuring how long I can hold out before I call it a day and hit the sack. Sometimes I take a little snooze after supper, just to be rested up for bedtime/ Kathy Hedberg , Lewiston Tribune. More here .

Question: Have you adjusted to daylight-saving time yet?
