Post Falls Man Charged With Murder

A Post Falls man was arrested last night on a second-degree murder charge in the March 25, 2012, death of Luke Anana-Kuewa, 18, of Spirit Lake. At 7 p.m. Monday, Kootenai County deputies arrested Dylan P. Paschall, 20, of Post Falls. He was arrested at his parents’ Post Falls home without incident. According to a sheriff’s news release, this arrest is a result of a lengthy investigation that began when the sheriff’s office received a call that a Anana-Kuewa’s body had been found in Spirit Lake. On Monday, District Judge Scott Wayman found probable cause in the case against Paschall and issued a $100,000 warrant for his arrest.
