McEuen Field Work Begins Again

Crews with Contractors Northwest Inc. rolled into downtown early this morning to begin work on the $14.8 million 2013 upgrade of the lakeside park. Perimeter fencing and traffic control signs are in place and closure of Front Street between the Coeur d’Alene Resort and 8th Avenue is expected soon as major improvements are made, according to Dennis Grant of the city’s engineering department.
