Found!

Destiny Maine, a 14-year-old Coeur d’Alene High freshman, was found by Coeur d’Alene police about midnight last night, according to spokesman Lt. Stu Miller of the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department. Lt. Miller tells Huckleberries: “She was located last night in Coeur d’Alene.  An anonymous caller let the police department  know where she was.  Upon the officer attempting to make contact with her at the location, she attempted to flee out the back of the residence.  Her attempt was not successful.  She was subsequently taken into custody and returned to her father.” Maine had been missing for a week, after leaving her Government Way home following a fight with her stepmother.
