‘Taps’ And A Tear

Vietnam veteran Mark Whitlow, center, sheds a tear as “Taps” is played at the end of the Memorial Day ceremony at Hayden Lake’s Honeysuckle Beach Monday. Whitlow served in Vietnam 1972-1973.
