Widmyer a problem-solver

I first met Steve Widmyer approximately five years ago when I was involved with a group that was looking for a building to lease. Widmyer owned a building that fit our needs, but the monthly rent was higher than what we could afford. After listening to our concerns regarding our cash flow, he worked out a plan that enabled us to get established. His willingness to compromise made it possible for our success. Four years later, we were able to purchase the property from him.

Widmyer showed me that he is a person who is willing to listen to your concerns and will work with you to come up with a solution to help you be successful. Others have written letters supporting his ability to be a problem solver; it seems to be a consistent trait of his. Widmyer has the skills that will enable this community to move forward.
