We just contacted County Clerk Cliff Hayes to see what’s the hold up re: the election count tonight. He told SR colleague Scott Maben that the absentees are counted but they’re now being certified. Whatever that means. Meanwhile, we continue to wait for the first results. Slow start. Here’s hoping that things pick up quickly. Soon.
