How To Fix Legislative Delegation?

In the post below, Eden Irgins of Balance North Idaho mentions that her PAC will stay out of the spring GOPrimary because BNI is nonpartisan. Which begs an important question. If balanced PACs steer clear of the GOPrimaries, we’re stuck with the Reagan Republicans and United Conservatives of North Idaho fighting to see which one of their generally less-than-stellar candidates wins the GOP endorsement and moves on to the general election to face a Democrat, who has next to no chance to win. Remember, Unaffiliateds outnumber Republicans 61% to 32%. Democrats trail far behind at 7%. You need a truly Unaffiliated candidate with Republican pedigree to defeat the Tea Party legislators like Kathy Sims, Bob Nonini, Vito Barbieri. Eden mentioned the rise of the Reasonable Republican PAC. Is that enough to challenge legislators who don’t appear to reflect their constituencies?

Question: What strategy would you use to challenge sitting legislators like Sims and Nonini?
