Eden: Why Some Don’t Vote

EdeninCDA: I have personal friends who did not vote. We discussed it. They work 6 days a week, don’t read the paper and had so much differing information thrown at them in the mail on issues they weren’t entirely sure who to vote for. I think this is part of the problem. Apathy is another- and obviously my friends suffered from that. Working hard, 6 days a week, to pay bills does interfere with spending time to research and vote, sadly. I don’t agree with it but it is part of the problem. Not knowing candidates tends to be a challenge, too. Fortunately a lot of people did take time to research and vote in CDA. PF is going to wind up ok too.
