McEuen Parking Facility Opens Nov. 27

McEuen parking facility to open by Nov. 27, in time for the annual downtown holiday lighting ceremony on Nov. 29. City officials announced on Wednesday that about half the parking spaces at the new parking structure, and another half the spaces outside the facility, will be open by Nov. 27. Combined, this will allow for parking of about 250 vehicles. Meantime, Front Avenue will partially open by November 22 to allow for access to the new parking structure. Access from will be from Second and Third streets. Front Avenue will remain closed between Fourth and Sixth streets as crews complete infrastructure work/ Keith Erickson , Lake City Development Corp.
