From Pullman — Wide receiver Vince Mayle announced on twitter this morning that his hardship waiver for a sixth year of eligibility has been granted by the NCAA. This is good news for the Cougars as the 6-foot-4, 240-pound Mayle ranks third on the team in both receiving yards (423) and touchdown-passes caught (5).
