Winco Property Takes Shape

The Crossroads Shopping Center of Winco Foods and Hughes Investments in the large acreage on the northeast corner of Ramsey Road and Appleway (with Marie Street to the north) is rapidly taking shape. In addition to Winco Foods, the previously announced additional occupants are Jack-in-the-Box and Chase Bank. This week we add Spokane Teachers Credit Union, evidently in the southwest corner, and SuperCuts and Subway in the west part of the Winco building. DFO: I made my first Winco visit during a recent trip to Portland. I was impressed with bulk items that you can buy by the pound — coffee, spice, cereal, candy, etc.
