4-Way Rotary Test For Elections?
From Kerri Thoreson’s Facebook wall: “The Rotary 4-Way Test: 1. Is it the truth? 2. Is it fair to all concerned? 3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships? 4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned? Although I’m not a Rotarian, these words should be applied to elections.”
Question: But wouldn’t that eliminate 90 percent of the candidates?
