Unclear On Concept Department

I’m still trying to figure out that bumpersnicker I saw at the junction of H53/H41 en route to pick up our new puppy in Rathdrum Saturday. (Yes, Mrs. O got her wish for a new puppy. Did you think I had a chance to say, No?) Anyway, the bumpersnicker was on an old beater Subaru, that had mix-and-match outer parts, like doors. The sticker? “I pooped today.” Also on the rear of the vehicle was a Jesus fish.

Question: Can anyone decipher this mixed message?
