DFO: Loyalty Counts With Me

DFO (in response to criticism that some commenters get more leeway than others @HucksOnline): Phaedrus & Sisyphus have been with me for years. Both have spent time in the cooler. Both have gone rounds and rounds with me. Over time, they’ve figured me out re: what’s OK and what’s not. And, like all my regulars, they get latitude. I can tell you of 2 other Libruls, who make Phaed & Sis look tame, that were tossed in the deepest parts of the cooler never to re-emerge. They ate conservatives alive. One was wickedly funny. But he had a side I never could tame, no matter how many times I tried to rein him in. The other bounced in and out of the cooler like a yo-yo. Be thankful, very thankful, that they still aren’t hanging out here. As far as the Hard Right is concerned, I’ve tossed some short timers who come in here ready to pick a fight. Cabbage Boy, Eman & I have gone rounds. But that’s pretty much a thing of the past. They’ve won latitude. More here.
