Pickleball, Anyone?

McEuen Field won’t be the only park with a pickleball court when it reopens next spring. Post Falls already has one. On its Facebook wall, the city of Post Falls posts a photo of people playing pickleball at Sportsman’s Park and sez: ” Sportsman’s Park has two new Pickleball Courts. What’s Pickleball? Pickleball is a paddle sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffle ball.”
