Eastern upset links, and more

Eastern Washington pulled off one of the biggest upsets in school history Saturday, knocking off Oregon State 49-46. Here’s my story from Corvallis, plus a video from the postgame celebration.  The Oregonian had several reports, including this feature on the Eagles, a commentary on the game and a photo essay with some nice photos of the Eagles. The hometown Corvallis Gazette-Times also head several stories . …Elsewhere, Montana won handily against Appalachian State, Weber State outscored Stephen F. Austin, South Dakota edged Cal Davis, Northern Colorado thrashed a school named Langston and Cal Poly handled San Diego.
