Poll: Widmyer In A Landslide

• Wednesday Poll: Hucks Nation is overwhelmingly behind the mayor aspirations of businessman Steve Widmyer in aftermath of Jim Brannon’s decision not to run for the office. 116 of 193 respondents (75.65%) preferred Widmyer to the other two candidates (w/2 days remaining to file). Only 33 of 193 respondents (17.1%) picked Mary Souza, and 3 (1.55%) chose Joe Kunka. Another 6 (3.11%) were undecided, and 5 (2.59%) backed a surprise candidate yet to be named.
