Cindy: Farewell To Som

On her Facebook page, CindyH writes of the unexpected death of Spokane7 columnist Som Jordan : In the days to come lots will be written about the life and legacy of Isamu Jordan I don’t have much to add except the last time I saw him, he wrapped me in a bear hug and said, “Yo! MamaH!” Nobody has called me that before or since. He made me feel tragically unhip and he smiled when I told him. I wanted him to see Zach Hval Music in concert and write a review. “That’s how I’ll know he’s on the way,” I said. And to my lasting regret I never made it to a Flying Spiders concert. RIP Som. You are missed in ways you’ll not be able to fathom.
