Thanks to Brunt for article

Jonathan Brunt’s Sept. 1 article on the Rogers High School football program was uplifting. I appreciated the emotion and content packed into the article and the style he used.

Thank you to Brunt, Rogers’ Coach Matt Miethe and, of course, the football players for shining a positive and hopeful light on their young lives while acknowledging the obstacles they must live with. I can only imagine the thrill they will have from getting their 15 minutes of fame as others read and react to the article.

Just an awesome and uplifting article. Best of luck this season, players, every one of you deserves no less.
