Tondee Touts Listening Ability

Before lunch, I posted a flyer being circulated by challenger Marc Eberlein in his three-way race for incumbent Commissioner Todd Tondee’s county commission seat. Now, here’s the back of Tondee’s flyer (front in the comments section). Tim Herzog is the third candidate in the race.

DFO : Kootenai County — and maybe all Idaho counties — has a habit of dumping county commissioners after two terms, largely, I suspect, because a commissioner alienates constituents with each controversial decision he or she makes. After six years, enough voters are fed up to opt for a challenger.

Question: Was Tondee wise to bring up in his flyer the Unified Land Use Code and the failed public vote to restructure county government?
