Somethin’s Happenin’ Here

I just made a quick run to the post office to send my payment to the Idaho Tax Commission via certified mail. (I like to know that the state received my hard-earned money.) On the way back, I noticed workers installing a traffic bubble into the west lane of one-way Third Street. I’m not sure whether than means traffic on 3rd from Lakeside to Sherman will be funneled into one lane or not. Does anyone know?
