Will We Recognize New Colbert?

On her Facebook wall, Simple Mind writes: So … Stephen Colbert is going to take over the David Letterman show next year … that was fast … one usually hopes it takes a while before they get a replacement … but the thing that got me… was … it is going to be a different Stephen Colbert.. not like David Letterman, maybe the real Stephen Colbert … what ever that means … but not like the one that the fans see now … WON’T his fans be very disappointed? After all they watch his show … because of what it is now … will they watch a watered down Stephen Colbert? (AP file photo)
