Denney Attends KCRCC Event

Former House Speaker Lawerence Denney, one of four candidates for secretary of state, attended a Kootenai County Republican Central Committee meet-the-candidates event at the Post Falls American Legion Saturday. The event, which attracted about 100 people, was scheduled in response to a rival North Idaho Political Action Committee fund-raiser at the Coeur d’Alene Resort Events Center, which attracted about 250. None of the Central Committee leadership attended the NIPAC luncheon.
