He strays from constituents

My representative, Matt Shea, whose district encompasses Mount Spokane State Park, feels it more pressing to travel all the way to Nevada to support a cattle rancher who has ducked paying his grazing fees, rather than stay here and represent those of us who live in the 4th Legislative District.

Here’s a few ideas for Shea:

Instead of leaving Washington to go to Nevada, why doesn’t he stay here in Washington and work to get more state funding for Mount Spokane State Park? And Riverside State Park? Or why doesn’t he stay here in Washington and work to get funding for the North Spokane Corridor? Why doesn’t he at least use some of his grandstanding to support the library levy for his hometown?

All admirable goals.

It is my sincerest hope that Shea did not use Washington taxpayer money to go on this boondoggle.
