BBQ Event Coming To McEuen Park

The Idaho championship Smoke on the Water BBQ competition will be held the weekend of August 23-24 at McEuen Park and will include food, entertainment and more. The event opens to the public Saturday at 11 a.m. Prize money totaling $5,000 will be given away; entry fee is $150 until August 15 and then $175. Categories are brisket, pork butt, ribs and chicken.
