Weekend Wild Card 8.16-8.17.14

This week flew by so fast! Hard to believe we’re halfway through August.  It’s been fun writing chapters instead of filling column inches, but I still have much left to do before my September deadline.

My musician son is on a mini-tour opening for a band in Seattle and my husband and youngest will be headed out to the lake.

I’ll be at my desk, but maybe I can sneak get away for a much needed pedicure or at least take a walk around my ‘hood.
